BOOKING FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY

A booking fee will be requested for all Aesthetic Procedure Appointments.  The fee of £35 will cover my prescription fee or my overheads for a missed appointment.

The fee will of course be deducted from the total balance of the appointment on the day, unless there is a "No Show" or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, it then becomes NON REFUNDABLE.

N.B Aesthetics Appointments will not be confirmed until booking fee is received and will be removed from online booking if not received 48 hours before appointment.

FOR ALL LIBERTY BARBER OR AESTHETICS SERVICES Please telephone, direct message or email  no later than 48 hours prior to appointment to notify of cancellations.  Emails and messages are received out of hours. 

Full payment will be taken for "No Show" or less than 48 hours notice Barber and Beauty Appointments.  Booking Fee will be retained for Aesthetic Appointments.

Our computer booking system is set to automatically BLOCK online booking following a "No Show"
